Processing & shipping

Orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. This is processing time; carrier transit time is additional.

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $7.99, with free shipping on merchandise subtotals over $50. Orders totaling exactly $50 have a $7.99 shipping charge.

Cancellations & returns

Contact us to cancel before your order ships and receive a refund. If your order has already shipped, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return label.

Returns must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition they were sent. We will provide a return label and refund the product price after receiving the returned products. The original shipping charge is not included in the refund.

Incorrect, missing or damaged items

Report incorrect items, missing items, or products damaged during shipment within 24 hours of delivery. If a package never arrives, contact us within 24 hours of its expected delivery date.

Information collected

When you submit an order request, the site saves your name, email address, U.S. shipping address, requested products and quantities, estimated totals, and the time of your age and research-use confirmation. Order records can also include payment status, carrier, tracking number, and fulfillment notes.

Do not submit medical information or card details through the order form.

How information is used

F12 LABZ uses these details to review requests, contact you about your order, arrange payment and shipping, and handle cancellations, returns, and order problems.

Information is processed by services used for site hosting, record storage, email, payment, and shipping as needed to handle your order. Payment is handled separately; this website does not collect card numbers.

Records & privacy requests

Order records are stored in the site's database and are accessible through the owner's protected dashboard. Records support fulfillment, customer service, and business recordkeeping. They are not automatically deleted after an order ships.

Contact f12labz2020@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your order information. Requests are reviewed subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Eligibility & intended use

Customers must be at least 18 years old. Products are supplied for laboratory research only, not for human or animal consumption. Product information is not medical advice or instructions for personal use.

Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping details and comply with laws applicable to their purchase and use.

Order requests & payment

Submitting a request saves it for review; it does not confirm product availability or complete a purchase. F12 LABZ will confirm availability and the final total before providing payment instructions.

Prices are in U.S. dollars per vial. Checkout shows an estimated total before tax. Any applicable taxes will be included in the final invoice. No payment is collected on this website. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Shipping, returns & product reports

Vial images are product mockups. Supplier COAs describe the particular tested samples and reported lots; they do not establish results for every vial or a match to future inventory. Any incomplete report or unverified inventory match is labeled.
